CHAIR CONDITIONING​

A pair of weights and elastic bands

​

A form of physical activity which can be done while sitting on a chair incorporating cardio conditioning and using weights and flexibility, oriented toward seniors or people with limited mobility.  This class will help you burn calories and build muscle.

TAI CHI

Tuesday, 10AM PST

No equipment needed

A practice that involves a series of slow, gentle movements and physical postures, meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. â€‹

No partner or equipment needed

Learn the basic Salsa steps while burning calories.  A slow-paced class for all levels.
